4W, Inc. is headquartered in Haworth, New Jersey (USA) and was established in 1996 by Andy Polack. Prior to founding 4W Inc. Andy was employed for six years as a MUMPS/Caché
programmer, technical lead and later a hands-on manager in the healthcare field by two different organizations. In addition to having attained the
status of Caché Certified Expert, Andy also holds a Bachelor's as well as a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University
and New Jersey Institute of Technology respectively.
Since 4W, Inc's founding in 1996 the company has grown into a global organization to include staff members and offices in North America (USA & Canada), Europe and Asia.
