Exhibitor Opportunities offered:

For 2010, Exhibitors may choose to bring their own booth structure (pop-up booth) or utilize the standard shell scheme provided with the space rental.

 

Setups with a shell scheme include:

 

·         (1) 6 foot draped table

·         (1) Identification Sign

·         (2) Chairs

·         Electric drop (Upon request)

·         (2) Full Conference Registrations

·         Company Listing in Program Guide

·         Company Listing on www.aapnj.org and www.njpcore.org

·         Cost: $1,150 (non-profit organizations: $350)

 

“Raw Space only” Setup

·         10’ x 10’ “raw” space in prime location to maximize visibility

·         Electric Drop

·         (3) Chairs

·         (3) Full Conference Registrations

·         Option to place one Single Page corporate collateral insert in attendee bags*

·         Company Listing in Program Guide with Company description

·         Company Listing on www.aapnj.org and www.njpcore.org with Company description and hyperlink

·         Cost: $1,500

 

Exhibitors who opt for raw space may bring in their own booth structure (pop-up booth). AAP NJ will forward to you an invoice for space upon receipt of the application; payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
